While our Excel templates are digital files, we understand that sometimes they may not be a perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Refund Requests

You can request a refund for any reason within the 14-day window, including but not limited to:

• Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with our mail server or your provider, you do not receive a delivery email from us.
• Major defects: If the file is corrupted or contains a major error that prevents it from functioning as described.
• Product not-as-described: A request based on this must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date with clear evidence.
